Drafti is a service of MARKHUB, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It turns a written brief into parametric geometry, drawings, and renders. These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

The account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to that Google account secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your work is yours

You keep every right you already had in what you bring to Drafti and in what Drafti produces for you. We claim no ownership over your briefs, geometry, drawings, or renders. We store and process them only to run the service for you.

If you choose to publish a project, you are giving us permission to display it publicly and to show it in listings and search results. You can unpublish it at any time; search engines may keep a cached copy for a while after that, which is outside our control.

What Drafti is not

Drafti produces design studies, not construction documents. Nothing it generates is checked for building codes, structural adequacy, fire safety, accessibility, or any other regulation. Renders are illustrations produced by an image model and are not dimensionally reliable — read dimensions from the drawings, and have a qualified professional verify anything before it is built, fabricated, or submitted for approval.

Fair use

Do not use Drafti to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights
• upload content you have no right to upload
• generate material that is deceptive, harassing, or sexual content involving minors
• probe, overload, or work around the service’s limits, including automated access at a scale that degrades it for others

Generation costs us money on every run. We may set usage limits, and we may pause an account that consumes resources in a way that is clearly abusive.

Credits

Credits are spent per run, not per minute. The price of each action is shown on the button before you press it, and the amount is held when the run starts.

• If the run finishes, the credits are spent. That is true even if you do not like the result — the work was done and it cost us money to do it.
• If the run fails, the credits come back. You should not pay for our failure.
• If you stop a run, the credits come back. Stopping means nothing was delivered, so nothing is charged. We absorb whatever was already spent upstream.

Credits are a prepaid allowance for compute, not a stored balance of money, and they are not redeemable for cash. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits included with a plan reset when the plan renews.

Availability and changes

Drafti is in active development. Features change, and some will be removed. We may change these terms; if a change is significant we will say so in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Drafti after that means you accept the new terms.

No warranty, and limits

Drafti is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or that its output will be correct or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop using Drafti and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without cause, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your work first.
