Zumthor Style Courtyard House, 200 m²
A single family house of about 205 m² above ground on a 324 m² square lot (18 m × 18 m) with a 6 m road on the south edge. Two storeys at 3.0 m floor-to-floor sit over one full basement. The architectural language follows Peter Zumthor: one quiet volume in exposed cast in-place concrete, few and deliberately placed openings, and the whole spatial event turned inward to a closed courtyard.
